Any driver which is 27 year’s old and has 5 year of driving experience is automatically insured with all conditions listed below

4. How to change the Booking?

booking can be changed up to 48 hours before the start of the rental with no additional fees or charges. Any payment already made towards the rental will be fully refunded except the charges applied by the bank or other money transfer system.

a. Standard office open hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Already pre-booked vehicles can be collected from the office 24/7 upon request without any additional charge.

9. How can we collect and return the car out of office?

Our staff will meet you in arrival hall, with Postcard on it customer Name and Surname and follow to car on parking lot. Car return is on same parking lot

10. What is a mileage limitation?

You get unlimited mileage with every vehicle for any rental period, so you never have to count the kilometers you drive.

11. What kind of fuel and petrol stations are recommended for the car?

Almost all our cars use Petrol. We strongly recommend filling up the Premium (95oct) petrol in Brand stations as Wissol, Rompetrol, Gulf Socar or Lukoil

12. What type of tires are the vehicles equipped with?

All vehicles are equipped with all season tires. In winter season 4x4 vehicles are changed to winter tires while standard ones stay at all season ones.

13. Is it possible to cross by rented cars Armenian border?

Crossing Armenian border is possible only by Jeep Renegade. Minimum renting period is 14 day to use this option

14. Is it possible to be Pickup and Drop-off location in different cities?

Yes its possible, minimum rentiong period for this option is 10 days

15. What are the insurance conditions?

100% Insurance - Vehicle, in case of an accident of your own fault 100% Insurance - Vehicle in case of damage by any third party 100% Insurance – Vehicle in case of any damage by fire, theft or any other damage caused by a third party 100% - Damage to a third party (no matter whose fault is the accident), in limit of $10,000 100% - All accessories (mirrors, glasses etc.) No franchise and zero deductions in any accident, theft or any other damage Important: Passenger insurance is not included as it is obligatory to have personal travel insurance during the entry to Georgia. Passenger insurance can be purchased separately upon request. Passenger Insurance - Please note, our insurance includes the vehicle insurance only not a passenger insurance. What we recommend is to take a good travel insurance package when you will be leaving to Georgia it usually has a better terms and coverage than any Georgian one. * Any damage or loss made to passengers or to any property inside the vehicle during an accident or rental period are not covered by insurance and not refundable by any party. We advise to apply for travel insurance in your home country for personal and item insurance if needed. *Tires damaging are not considered as an accidental damage by any insurance company in Georgia. Payment for the tires made vary from 100 EUR up to200 EUR max, depends from car model
